The game

The game is free and needs no account. It may show advertising in a reserved space on the page. We may change, pause or retire the game, or any canal, at any time.

Fair use

Play it, share your result cards and link to it freely. Do not copy the site, its code or its canals into another product, and do not load it in ways that put unreasonable strain on the host.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is. Canals are fictional; nothing on the site is advice about real waterways. Progress is kept in your browser only and can be lost if you clear site data or change device.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
